Be blessed in the elo’ah of Amen and be sated in the elo’ah of Amen[2] find Isaiah 65:16. and we will all be blessed. |

This is a transcription and translation of formulas for the birkat hamazon on weekdays and on shabbat found on a fragment from the Cairo Genizah, “Liturgy (Or.1080 15.4)” recto and verso, held in the collection of the library of the University of Cambridge.
